Welcome to DNotifier.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DNotifier platform, APIs, SDKs, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using DNotifier, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

DNotifier provides a real-time messaging and communication infrastructure that enables:

• Client ↔ Server communication
• Server ↔ Server communication
• Agent ↔ Agent communication
• Event-driven and pub/sub systems

DNotifier acts primarily as a communication layer, not a data storage or data processing platform.

To use certain features, you may need to:

• create an account
• obtain API keys
• configure SDK access

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your credentials
• all activity under your account
• ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Data is stored only if you explicitly use SDK functions, such as:

• saveData
• saveHistory

If you do not use these functions, no data is stored.

You are solely responsible for:

• the data you choose to store
• ensuring you have the right to process that data
• complying with applicable data protection laws

You have full control over your data.

If you use storage features:

• You can delete your data at any time
• You can remove stored history using SDK functions

Upon deletion:

• Data is permanently removed
• DNotifier does not retain or reuse deleted data

DNotifier may be used alongside third-party AI providers such as:

• OpenAI
• Hugging Face

Important

• DNotifier does not control third-party services
• DNotifier is not responsible for their data practices

You agree to review their policies:

• OpenAI
• Hugging Face

You agree NOT to use DNotifier for:

• illegal activities
• unauthorized data collection
• transmitting harmful or malicious content
• violating privacy or intellectual property rights
• abusing system resources or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• error-free operation
• real-time performance under all conditions

DNotifier may experience downtime due to:

• maintenance
• system upgrades
• external factors

All rights, title, and interest in DNotifier (excluding your data) remain the property of DNotifier.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform
• resell or sublicense the service without permission

If you use paid features:

• You agree to pay applicable fees
• Pricing may change with notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DNotifier shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• data loss resulting from user actions
• third-party service failures
• misuse of the platform

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

DNotifier is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

• reliability
• accuracy
• suitability for a specific purpose

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use creates risk or harm
• required by law

You may stop using the service at any time.

DNotifier follows principles aligned with:

• data minimization
• user-controlled data

• No data stored without explicit action
• Users control storage and deletion
• DNotifier does not process data beyond service functionality
